This Privacy Policy explains how Orya collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Orya is designed to help users create and manage photo-based social captions and related content, including generated cards, saved history, and sharing features. We are committed to handling user data responsibly and in line with the principles described in this policy.
By using Orya, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described here to provide app functionality, maintain your account experience, improve reliability, and support customer assistance. We do not use your information in ways that conflict with the declarations in this policy.
All AI processing in Orya is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. We do NOT use user data for AI model training, model fine-tuning, or model optimization.
When user content is processed to generate results, the temporary processing data is deleted after completion of the requested operation. Any outputs created for your use may be stored in your history if that feature is enabled, and you may delete them at any time.
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and request export of your stored information where technically feasible. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the legal basis for that processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at MassiahGevara42@outlook.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal obligations, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or through other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Orya after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy, subject to applicable law.
Orya is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
Information you provide: We may collect the content you choose to enter or upload, such as captions, titles, descriptions, tags, photo files, saved results, feedback, and support messages. If you use shopping or purchase features, we may also collect transaction-related records needed to process your request.
Information collected automatically: We may collect device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash data, performance data, timestamps, and usage events needed to keep the app working properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: We may use limited local storage, cookies, or similar technologies where applicable to remember preferences, maintain session state, and support basic app functionality.
Orya does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric identification, face template creation, or biometric analysis. We do NOT collect biometric identifiers for the purpose of identifying a person.
If a user uploads an image containing a face, any processing is limited to the requested app function and is not used to identify, profile, or recognize the person. Temporary processing data is deleted after the requested processing is complete.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We may use limited third-party infrastructure providers only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic operational support. These providers act solely on our behalf, under our instructions, and are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security. They are not permitted to use user data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, secure server configuration, and restricted internal access.
Although we work to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Uploaded content used for processing is deleted after processing is completed. Temporary processing data is also deleted after completion of the requested operation.
Generated results may be stored in your history so you can review them later, and you can delete them at any time through the app where the feature is available. Crash logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Support messages may be retained for up to 6 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve an active issue.
Your information may be processed or stored in regions different from the one where you live, depending on where our servers or infrastructure providers operate. When data is transferred across borders, we take appropriate steps to help protect it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
We use information only to operate, maintain, and improve Orya; provide the features you request; store and display your history; process support requests; and keep the service secure and reliable. We do NOT use your information for advertising, profiling, selling, AI training, or model optimization.
We also do NOT use user-uploaded or user-generated content for third-party marketing purposes or unrelated commercial exploitation.
By downloading, accessing, or using Orya, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the app.
